I acknowledge that fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. I also understand that SHMA has the right to cancel 1 student class per term without refund. *

I undestand that I have 12 Months to make up the class cancelled by SHMA. After 12 months I understand that if this class has not been made up, it will be voided without refund, nor transfer.*

I undestand that I may request a makeup class for any classes during the booked term that I have missed due to non cancelled SHMA classes. All classes that have not been madeup during the term are voided and will not be carried over to a new term, nor refunded, nor transferred.*

I understand that parents are responsible to access member information (Term schedule, Q and A, Student info, etc)*

I recognize that our contact number (07714 425883) is intended solely for notifying us about changes in student collection or if a student is missing class unless indicated othersise in an intended form corrispondense.*
