Payments
​
September - December Term Reservations
A £50 deposit per student is required for each class booked in July. A payment link or reminder will be sent on September 1st.
Families who book 2 or more classes per student can opt to pay in 3 installments. This includes the initial deposit, followed by payments on September 1st and October 1st for the final third.

How Discounts Work
Discounts are applied to the cheapest class(es) booked.
Any sibling/parent discount is then applied afterwards.

Make Up Missed Classes
The chance to make up for classes you have missed
is based on your selected Membership.
If SHMA cancels any classes during the term, students have 6 to 12 months to make up the missed sessions (6 months for canceled session and 12 months for two canceled sessions).
Monthly Training Payment Terms

Training fees are based on a 12-month training payment agreement, providing access to scheduled classes from 1st September – 31st July

Training is structured over approximately 40 teaching weeks per year

Upon enrolment in September, the first (September) and final (August) month’s payment are paid in advance with 10 further monthly standing order payments (October - July).

As the final month is prepaid, no payment is due in August

Monthly payments form part of the annual training agreement and are not based on the number of classes attended within a specific month.

Payments must be received on or before the 2nd of each month.

A £5 late payment administration fee will be added to overdue payments.

A minimum of 1 full calendar month’s written notice is required for any reduction in weekly training classes (e.g. changing from 3 to 2 classes per week, or 2 to 1 class per week).

Monthly payments secure the student’s place and scheduled class availability throughout the academic training year.
